Back-office logins: roles, access, and optional crew linkage.

What it does
A user is a login account, email, password, name, phone, tied to a role per contractor (Admin, Foreman, Mechanic, Employee). Admins can flip a user active or inactive. Admins can add or remove employee access immediately from their dashboard.
Why it exists
Not everyone in the system needs the same level of access. User accounts exist so the right people can log in, see what they need to see, and use the parts of StormCall that match their role. That helps contractors control access, manage permissions, and add or remove access quickly as responsibilities change.
