What it does
Each non-field employee can log daily straight time, overtime, double time, and PTO, along with in/out times and notes. StormCall routes timesheets through the configured approval chain, allowing each approver to sign and optionally leave comments. Admins can also bulk-email reminders to employees who still need to submit.
Why it exists
Overhead hours are handled differently and usually are not billed to the customer. Non-field timesheets keep shop helpers, mechanics, and office personnel on a separate workflow, with the proper management approvals built in.
