What it does
Admins can generate a single-use invite link to bring a new user into the system. The invite can be tied to a specific employee record, assigned to a particular role, or pre-filled with details like name, email, and phone number. Once the recipient completes registration, their user account is set up and ready to use with the appropriate access.

Invite links exist to give contractors a simple, controlled way to add new users to the system.
