Weekly labor and equipment hours in the three views billing needs.

What it does
A foreman fills one weekly sheet per work order: ST, OT, and DT hours for every employee per day, equipment hours per day, and daily job notes. Ops managers see the same data from three angles. Employee view rolls hours up by worker for payroll and invoices, equipment view rolls hours up by asset for utility billing, and unit view counts completed work such as poles set and feet of wire.
Why it exists
Utilities may be invoiced in different ways, including time and equipment, lump sum, units, or storm work, while crews and internal payroll are tracked differently. Field timesheets bring that information together in one place so data does not have to be re-entered into billing spreadsheets and nothing gets missed between the foreman, crew, and accounting.
